siriusoutlet is an independent seller of professionally refurbished car stereos, operated by MacNeil IP LLC out of Bolingbrook, Illinois. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by SiriusXM or any of its affiliated companies — we sell hardware that's compatible with satellite radio services, we don't sell subscriptions or represent any satellite radio provider.

Why We Do This

Too many working car stereos get thrown out just because they're "outdated," and too many drivers end up buying hardware that doesn't fit their car. We exist to fix both problems: we professionally refurbish and test used car stereos so fewer end up as waste, and we personally confirm compatibility with you before you ever pay for anything — so you get a unit that actually works in your car, the first time.

How Buying From Us Actually Works

We don't run an online checkout, and we don't publish fixed prices — every vehicle is different, so here's exactly what happens when you call:

  1. You call us with your vehicle's year, make and model, and tell us what you're looking for.
  2. We confirm compatibility and identify which refurbished units in our inventory will fit your vehicle.
  3. We show you the actual unit — the physical stereo you'd be buying — over a live video call, and follow up with photos, so you know exactly what you're getting before you spend anything.
  4. If you'd like to move forward, we take your shipping address and email you an itemized invoice covering the unit price, shipping cost, and accepted payment methods.
  5. You pay through that invoice, on your own terms and timing — nothing is charged before you've seen the item and agreed to the price.

After your purchase, our team is available by phone for setup and installation guidance, backed by a 6-month warranty and a 30-day return window.

Who We Support

Our phone support — compatibility checks, setup guidance, installation help, warranty claims — is available to everyone considering a purchase and to customers who've bought a stereo from us. We don't provide general technical support for radios purchased elsewhere.
